Games, courts & user interactions

DGW helps players find games, courts, and clubs, but we do not organize, supervise, or vouch for any game, venue, or user. You participate in games and meet other players at your own risk. Ratings, court details, and other user-submitted information may be inaccurate. Always use good judgment and follow local rules and safety guidance.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injuries or losses arising from games, venues, or interactions arranged through the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
